The candidate will be responsible for Receive job update telephone calls from operations and update YWS and BBUL systems swiftly and accurately, Act a facilitator between BBUL and YWS staff to ensure the smooth running of gangs onsite and update the databases to ensure a job audit trail is maintaine Note emergency job details from YWS field staff, raise an emergency job and where appropriate allocate BBUL resources keeping operational supervisors updated, Follow each allocated gangs’ progress through the daily duty bill updating the relevant computer systems and retain the completed duty bill as a paper audit of jobs done daily, * When required assist in the creation of jobs onto both BBUL and YWS systems and Advise planning and NRASWA of any significant deviations of the daily duty bill.
As an ideal candidate you will be IT literate (Word and Excel) together with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be a committed work ethic and have the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. |
