A leading name in the news print industry requires a Human Resources Officer to focus on Employee Relations and potential redundancy and TUPE projects. In this role, you will be responsible for raising awareness of company policies and procedures in relation to UK employment legislation and delivering training workshops in relation to updates and changes. You will also have the responsibility of managing redundancy programs ensuring compliance and best practice and assisting managers with compromise agreements and discipline and grievance procedures.
Candidates applying for this position will be immediately available. You will be CIPD qualified and have at least two years experience in working with Employee Relations projects relating to Discipline and Grievance and TUPE. You will have up to date knowledge of employment law and strong communication skills that are capable with dealing with eccentric personalities. |
