City and Hackney MIND, a leading mental health charity, have a vacancy for an interim Finance Manager for an initial contract of 6 months. There may be however, an opportunity for this role to become permanent.
We are looking for someone to provide a professional finance management and accounting service to enable the organisation to make positive, effective decisions from timely and accurate financial information.
You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient finance service covering the recording, processing and reconciliation of financial transactions.
You will ensure that a high level of service and financial control is maintained at all times and assist the Director, Managers and other budget holders in the preparation, interpretation, phasing and forecasting of their annual budget.
You will be part of a dynamic staff team and supported in your role by a Finance Admin worker.
You will be hard-working, a team-player, able to work to deadlines and have excellent skills and experience in finance and accounting.
