Claims Administrator Due to continued growth, A.B. Data’s Class Action Administration division seeks Claims Administrators. This position focuses on securities class action claims. Position is responsible for determining whether or not class members are eligible to receive a share of a settlement in numerous cases. The process for administering claims involves learning and understanding the unique circumstances of each case, reviewing supporting documentation for each claim, notifying claimants if information is needs clarification and answering class members’ questions via telephone.
Position requires associate’s degree or equivalent, extreme attention to detail and analytical skill, and a general understanding of securities. Must be able to type at least 45 wpm, ability to use 10-key, ability to verify and enter data and large amounts of information, work independently, familiarity with Access, excellent time management and customer service skills.
