The Candidate must have Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the housing industry Willingness to work non-traditional hours. A typical schedule may be Tuesday - Friday 10-7 and Saturday 10-5. Ability to fluently speak Spanish Excellent organizational skills Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Solid communication skills (both written and oral).
