We are looking for HR Coordinator.
The candidate will be responsible for Provide internal customer service by answering a wide range of questions and concerns utilizing knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and programs. Respond to inquiries including verifications of employment, employee benefit questions and other human resources related issues. Refer calls as needed. Prepare and process all personnel action forms for new hires, terminations, promotions and all other changes. Update employee information in the Human Resources Information System as changes occur (i.e. salary changes, title changes, address changes) and submit same information to Payroll department. Coordinate the annual enrollment process. Administer Employee Tuition reimbursement program within policy. Complete monthly HR reports. Update and maintain company org charts and conduct new hire orientations. Coordinate/assist with any other special Human Resources projects as needed.
The Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant work experience, Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience, Good communication and customer service skills, Bilingual in Spanish, Strong data entry skills, Must be highly detailed oriented,Must be proficient with word-processing and spreadsheet software – MSOffice and Working knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
